Appointments
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment and wait in the reception waiting area until we come to get you. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or loss of appointment. Treatments will be charged at full price. We aim to provide all services on time, however, should we need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance.
Cancellations
We do understand if clients are unwell or have other commitments, but please give us as much notice as possible if you wish to rearrange an appointment. We reserve the right to charge for non-attendance or where cancellation is shorter than our policy. To cancel or change an appointment we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for treatments under 2 hours and 72 hours for treatments over 2 hours, otherwise a 50% charge may be implemented. Appointments missed will be charged at full price.
Your Health
Please inform us if you have any health conditions, are pregnant or have any allergies that may affect your treatment.
Please note we kindly ask clients to reschedule appointments when suffering with common cold, flu or COVID.
Consultations
We offer a free consultations and advice is always available for queries with regards to treatments or products.
Courses
All courses must be paid in full at time of booking and completed within 6 months and are non-refundable. Missed appointments may result in treatments deducted from your course.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are available for treatments and are non-refundable and must be produced at the time of your treatment. Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Gift vouchers not valid when booking through Treatwell please book directly with us through our website or by calling us. We will be delighted to assist you if you need advice.
Deposits
We reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance with the Cancellations Policy.

Please be aware that no two offers can be used in conjunction with each other and offers are not valid when booking through the treatwell site. Please contact us directly to book in latest offers.
Patch Testing
Patch testing is required for those who have never had tinting, LVL & Microblading. A patch test must be carried out 24 hours before treatment.
Refusal of Treatments
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we consider that a treatment is not a suitable option for an individual. We have a must ensure clients are medically fit to undergo a particular treatment. It is therefore possible that we advise, in your best medical interests, that treatment is not appropriate. We will also not proceed with a procedure if we feel that your expectations exceed the results achievable. Please note that we do not provide treatments for anyone aged under 18 years without parental constant.
Personal Details
You agree that we The Beauty Room can use your personal details for the purposes of providing you with beauty services as well as providing pre- and post-treatment advice for you. We may also use your contact details to provide you with occasional information about other services we provide or may provide in the future. If you do not wish to receive this Information, please tell us. If you do not tell us, we will assume you are happy to receive this information. All credit card details are stored securely off-site by Evalon in accordance with PCI compliance regulations.
